Unfortunately, due to the open plan design of the villa, the access to the pool, which is available from all areas of the house, may make it unsuitable for children in terms of safety.
The villa is also located on a hill which may be unsuitable for wheelchair access, although the property does have a car port for those wishing to hire a car or motorbike to get around the island.
